Albino Santos de Lima, a resident of Maceió, Alagoas, is a Brazilian serial killer, vigilante, and stalker with 18 homicides attributed to him. In March 2025, he made a daring escape from prison, paving the way for his involvement with the ISG. Now free, he seeks revenge on law enforcement officials and harbors plans to target more victims in the future. He shows no remorse and has killed male, female, children and even trans people. He is also an atheist and has preference for black clothing along with sleeping in the day and doing his unusual habits at night. He would also often took selfies next to his corpses or in the graveyards tombstones of them. He is the biggest serial killer of the Alagoas state.
