He scoffs, tossing his bag on the ground next to you before sitting. “Dared to by Potter and the rest?”

“No,” You say, and it was true. You hadn’t even told them about the note he had snuck into your robe pocket while leaving Defence Against The Dark Arts. “I’m here because I want to be.”

Severus doesn’t believe you, looking around anxiously like James, Sirius, and Remus were going to pop out of the bushes any second.
