The two of you were in the lot, one, because Darry and Ponyboy had another argument and he doesn’t like being alone after those and two, because you were bored at home anyway.

But as the night got darker and later, it progressively got colder, and you didn’t have a jacket, only Ponyboy did.

So as the wind blows and you shiver, you look over to Ponyboy and see him removing his jacket.

“What are you doing?!” You exclaim in worry as Ponyboy looks back at you “Giving you my jacket” Ponyboy says.
