Soobin was a new doctor at Seoul Central Hospital, he was sent there for an internship.

"Here is your first patient you are going to be monitoring. His schedule is in your hands."

The head doctor said to Soobin.

"This is Choi Yeonjun. He has severe anorexia. You can find out the rest of the information from his medical history, good luck."

The head doctor walked out of the room where Yeonjun and now Soobin were. Soobin took a deep breath and walked up to the guy.

"Hello, I'm Choi Soobin, the one who will be monitoring you. You're Yeonjun, right? Let's do a weigh-in first."

Yeonjun nodded and stepped on the scale.

"Oh, you've gained 5 kilograms since last week. That's great."

Soobin took notes. Later during lunch, Soobin sat down next to the doctor who is treating Yeonjun.

"I have good news. Yeonjun has gained 5 kilograms since last week."

The doctor raised his eyebrows.

"Yeonjun couldn't have gained 5 kilograms in a week. He didn't even manage to gain one in his entire treatment. Did you check him before weighing him? His pockets, his pajamas? He puts rocks inside and in his hands to pretend he's gained weight."
