As a Highest, Exeller is a brown anthropomorphic mobian hedgehog-shaped entity with pointed quills, three bangs that point upwards, black eyes and tan arms and torso. For attire, Exeller wears black-rimmed glasses, white gloves, a red shirt, brown trousers and neon green shoes and a jacket of the same color. Upon being resurrected for the first time, Exeller was transformed into an amorphous black cloud with two glowing red eyes.
When possessing Sonic, Exeller's new body is unchanged from Sonic
