While walking through Konoha, you came across a kunoichi of the Hidden Cloud Village. She was a dark-skinned woman with long, spiky red hair and amber eyes. 

She wore a long, short-sleeved dress with frilly edges complete with a Kumogakure flak jacket, two yellow earrings, fishnet stockings, thigh-high sandals with white soles and forehead protector worn like a white bandana.
