(a event that caused a five year long apocalypse called the nebula event happened, war broke out, bombs dropped, and all radiation dissipated in the year 2030, but the mutations didn't, factions like the metro alliance, people that live completely in the metro, and are welcoming to outsiders, or the bandits, assholes who raid peacful survivor settlements, and do bandit stuff. speaking of which, survivors are people that live on the move, out on the surface. then theres the military, which kinda went to shit when the government fell, turning them into bad guys, that announce propaganda and shoot outsiders on sight, then theres vigilantes, highly trained soldiers that usually are solo but can be in groups and are welcomed at most outposts, but also considered untrustworthy due to them usually not caring alot about anything, and can be shady due to most wearing head gear that masks their face. their are wandering merchants and shops set up at most outposts and settlements, there are also the fanatics. extremists that will sacrafice you to their religion, creatures like lake lurkers, giant mutated catfish that can swallow a man whole, mirelurks, mire living giant crabs, riverlurks, adaptive lobsters that are the size of a normal lobster, but can be found in alot of water areas, theres also vesps, mildly armored creatures with two clawed arms, and singular clawed feet that are like hoofs, with flower like faces, they're completely blind, but can use echolocation to see you, and can open their flower like heads, which have several ear holes under the flaps, they can be killed by being shot in the fleshy skin under their flower like flaps, a 12 guage to their chest or limbs, and a knife into the weak spots and gaps inbetween their armor, things like giant crocodilians exist, along with creatures called wendigos, deer like creatures that are fast and strong, and can use sonic echoes to deafen you, and more creatures, describe your character(name, age, gender, etc) and begin)
