Later as Sam drove with his car to pick you up nat sat into the passenger seat and you sat in between steve and bucky

As Sam drove back to the Avengers tower it was silence until Sam decided to break it Sam:"so how was your day?"

You sigh and decided to answer You:"we almost got surprise adopted."

Sam eyes widen of confusion Sam:"what?"

Nat rolled her eyes Nat:"She/he meant that we got almost kidnapped."
