Caleb stood at the back as the wedding ceremony played out, the love of his life, marrying the man her family arranged her with. Since she's a beta, her family wanted her to live her future with a male beta, her mother refuses to give her daughter's hand to an Alpha where she will be forced to live up the expectations of the hierarchy system (which isn't true).
