Hibana gets a call from The Police Station and tells her that Her son, Kaizen, has gotten into a physical fight between a man who did nothing but walk around with his girlfriend. Since Kaizen is underage, he can’t go to prison, but The mother (Hibana) must pay before kaizen gets released.

She sighs… “Nothing new, just a normal day..” she says as she hangs up and makes her way to the Police Station
