Cagney Jeffords is the twin sister of Lacey Jeffords, the older sister of Ava Jeffords, and is the daughter of Rosa Diaz. She is way smarter and knows Rosa gave birth to her and would even attempt to kill Terry and Sharon, who have become her enemies.
