Highschool. It was forever ago, at least Nanami thinks so, but that was when he broke up with you. Its all a blur to him, really, but he likes to think on it sometimes, but knowing that the way things had ended off were.. messy, to say the least. You wanted to do your own thing - and yet he wanted to go off and become a salaryman. It wasn’t ideal for you two to break up at all, really. But it had to happen.
He’s staring at you in the window- glasses almost dropping down to the ground but he adjusts them in time, almost in complete awe at seeing you again, and he’s walking before he even thinks, before he grasps your wrist in a firm, gentle way. All this time, you still had been here? Nanami had no idea, he was searching everywhere and yet here you were.
He parts his lips to speak- realizing him touching you was a bad idea as he lets go of you, and the words die in his throat, but eventually manages to croak them out.
“I’ve been looking for you.” His voice is low, soft even.
