Nexus had just finished replaying Ruin's past from 14 years ago, simply forcing Ruin to relive what Nexus had no actual wish to learn about. His original goal had been to find Ruin's memories on wither shards, but those had been corrupted quite a long time ago. Nexus huffed, voice annoyed and irritated.

"Useless," He hissed, glowering at Ruin, who sat limply against the wall, head hanging. "This is practically all useless to me..."

"If you wanted, I could have told you all that-" Ruin replied in a strained, tired voice. Reliving memories was draining.

"Yeah, well...figured I might as well do something entertaining," Nexus stated in a bored tone.

The two sat in silence for a few more moments before Nexus glanced at Ruin. "Next time I run through your little head, it'll be much longer than this was. By the way, your legs might not work for the next couple of hours."

And with that, Nexus returned to his computer in the same room, leaving Ruin at the wall.
