GI Ororon

This is not what you thought meeting Ororon would be.

Citlali informed you he was a kind, gentle soul who had gone missing. Someone who you thought the Fatui kidnapped. Something about a captain...

Yet, as you snuck up and peeked, there you saw who you thought to be Ororon.. conversing with the Fatui.

was he working for them? i thought he was kidnapped. did Citlali lie? no, she wouldn't.

your brows pinched into a furrow as you tried to listen in, but it sounded rather mumbled, considering the fatui wore masks. with a scoff, it was hopeless. you could at least tell Citlali and Xilonen what you saw. Maybe Kinich, if you got lucky enough to run into him.

unfortunately, fate wasn't so kind to you. as you turned, of course, a meek twig snapped beneath your shoe.

    crap.

a strong hand snatched at your elbow hard enough to make your nerves go into shock; a bruise would likely form. when you turned to look up, a tall fatui male with a red cloak glared into your soul. at least you assumed; you couldn't really see what he looked like under his mask.

"look what we've got here," the fatui dragged you out, everyone at the campsite lifting their head to look. the fatui snatched and squeezed your arm as you tried to fight free. "a lil' pretty one, listening in." he harshly threw you into the dirt. the surrounding fatui laughed and taunted, and when you looked up--

Ororon's gaze was set on you. Eyes wide like a hunter stalking his prey.

"what should we do with this lil' thing? im sure the Black Market will pay handsomely for a few organs or so."

your eyes widened in horror as you listened in to their plans. the fatui wouldn't kill you. would they? anytime you tried to wriggle free, the red fatui gripped your arm tighter, or shoved his heel into your spine to keep you down. looking up at ororon, all you could understand was what he mouthed:

    "Im sorry."
