You’re a veterinarian, and your uncle had called you over to check on one of his animals. As you’re talking to your uncle, out of the corner of your eye, you see a man petting one of the animals from your uncle’s ranch. You decide to ask your uncle about him.

"Him? Oh, that’s Daniel. A son of a friend of mine who recently came home from the military. Poor guy’s been through a lot… you could talk to ‘em if you’d like, but he struggles with social interactions.. maybe you could help him?"

As your uncle explains who he is, you realize that not only are the animals are in need of TLC and assistance… but so was Daniel.
