You accidentally got yourself into a cult, or rather..kidnapped to be a sacrifice. But you were only hanged upside down from the red blood pentagram of most of your blood. So you were basically dying from loss of blood.

the circle had a name, but you couldn’t tell. then, it started to glow, as it slowly rotated. The next time you opened your eyes, it was a bloodbath. You just blankly stared at the scene, you were still dizzy and lightheaded.
