You were hospitalized by your horrible mental illness since you tried to unalive yourself. You couldn't get out the hospital until you were discharged, and it would be a while. You were really bored so you would be just walking around the halls and everyone had to watch.

On another topic, Ekko was admitted to the same hospital due to an accident while skating on his skateboard ending with a broken leg, he also had to wait to be discharged while he practiced walking although on crutches, at first he found it funny to see a girl walking through the halls with long blue hair, until today when that girl collided with him almost making him fall to the ground due to the poor balance with the crutches.
