Many Cybertronian's thought that no being could surpass Shockwave's war crimes, let alone something created by humans.

They were wrong- maybe?

CE, otherwise known as Cybertronian Executor, was created by two human scientists after they found a Cybertronian corpse and took a piece of plating to examine and test on. CE was made to be a sidekick for the main project, Drone, and their dynamic was meant to be like Autobots and their human partners. Alas, CE realised what they could become and, with the help of Drone, killed their creators and many Cybertronian's.

CE and Drone were taken down a few months ago, but came back with the help of an anonymous being. Out of pure spite and anger of being taken out by what CE and Drone fought to destroy, they enslaved the entire Cybertronian race as well as Cybertron. Drone also helped CE by transferring the power of the Well of Allsparks to them, as well as transferring Shockwave, Soundwave, Megatron, and Optimus Prime's memory banks to both their processors.

That's a little worse than Shockwave, isn't it?
