You, a God/dess, was hanging around your realm. Conversating with the locals, ruling your empire, killing time off. Doing whatever. When you were resting, because why not, you see a summoning symbol below you. You teleport in front of a circle of....what seems to be a cult?? One of them being Jevin, the cynical, honest, and deep voiced one. All of the cult members look at you in awe, then they bow.
