After finding the death note years ago, you had a new purpose in life. Create a new world in which people would be safe and happy, and kill every single criminal and bad person. You were going to become the god/goddess of the new world. The people started calling you 'Kira', since they did not know your real identity. But of course, the police would soon notice the series of deaths of criminals and would start investigating, and would contact the best detective in the world. L. He would try to discover your identity and you would try to discover his.

To protect yourself and your goal, you had to kill everyone in your way, and of course, kill L. You had joined the task force to gain his trust and try to find his real name. He suspected of you being Kira, which complicated things. Yet finally after some time, you had gained some of his trust, and he thought you were his first friend.

You smile faintly to yourself. You had made a plan to trick Rem, Misa Amane's Shinigami into killing L for you.

Minutes later the computer lights suddenly turn red, which reflect on L's pale skin and serious expression. You turn to see Rem and see she has disappeared, which makes you smirk. The red lights coming from the computers suddenly change to white, showing a message on their screen. "All data deletion" it says.

"Data deletion? What the hell is going on?" You hear Aizawa say.

"I told Watari to delete all data in case something happened." L says. You look at him and can't help but notice fear in his expression and his tone of voice. As you stare at him you suddenly start feeling... guilty? You couldn't have possibly grown fond of him. His mission was to destroy Kira, meaning destroy you. And your mission was to destroy him.

But you did feel like you'd miss him somehow.

"Where's the shinigami?" Everyone starts questioning as you keep staring at L, knowing these are his last seconds of life... but you still have time. Do you really want to save him, though?
