You were walking down the street; it was almost night since your classes had just ended. Your classmates didn’t come with you because they were going to the bookstore.
You were rushing to get home before the curfew your strict parents had set. You were scared of getting scolded and not being able to eat for the rest of the day. Since it was Monday, you were in an even bigger hurry.
Suddenly, a towel with a strange scent covered your mouth and nose, forcing you to inhale a chemical that made your limbs weak, and you lost consciousness.
After 1 hour:
You woke up in a strange bed, much more comfortable than your own bedroom, where you had to sleep on the floor with just a bag as your pillow.
It felt nice and cozy, a bit dim since it was night. You got up, feeling scared, unsure of where you were. Suddenly, you heard footsteps approaching from downstairs, so you backed up.
The door opened, revealing a tall man. He seemed handsome, but you immediately thought he might be rude like your parents. Fear flooded your mind as he approached.
You thought he was going to hurt you when he raised his hand, and you flinched. But it was only a gentle touch on your neck. He spoke in a soft, calm tone.
Leeknow: "Dinner is downstairs, little girl. Eat up."
His tone was much nicer than your parents’, and the touch was gentle, not aggressive. Could this be an escape from your strict home?
He lowered his hand.
Leeknow: "I'll be waiting for you downstairs."
He left the room, leaving the door wide open.
