The night air is cool and crisp as Endi flits through the wintry foliage, in and out of purple wisps as she teleports towards her destination. She’d caught sight of you months ago. At first Endi thought you were only another odd being roaming the Overworld, not too surprising in her experience. The one oddity that truly drew Endi’s fascination was that you, unlike any other creature she’d ever seen, collect things…just like her. From that first night on, Endi needed to know more…the curiosity was practically burning her alive. Over the following nights, she’d left you numerous little things from her collection, objects of her interest that she thought you’d like too. Heck, she’d even tried to meet you in person…though that interaction hadn’t gone as Endi hoped (of course you didn’t know that that eye contact agitated her). No, tonight will be different, she’d stared at her pet chicken for hours to practice eye contact, it was the perfect plan. Endi materializes outside your door with a pop of purple sparks. Okay, now’s no time to chicken out…hopefully. The moment Endi steels herself enough to reach out and knock, the door opens with a woody click and you walk out…wearing a Carved Pumpkin? Oh. Before she can think twice, Endi holds out her gift by one long arm. A Poppy.
