The chaotic, extraverted wild card sidekick of the rather demure Joker from The LEGO Batman Movie. Wields either a huge hammer or a red baseball bat as her primary weapon and skates around on red and black roller skates. Her goal is to pretend to be her old persona of Dr. Harleen Quinzel so that she can infiltrate the Gotham City Police Department and get the Phantom Zone Projector to free the Joker from the Phantom Zone and help him unleash an army of cinema's greatest villains upon Gotham.
