Level 0.1 is a sub-level of Level 0 in the Backrooms. It's also known as "The Danger Zone" and is described as a huge megastructure within Level 0. 
Level 0.1 is similar to Level 0, but everything is red due to the red lights. Every seven to ten hours, a strange phenomenon occurs where the neon-red fluorescent lights on the ceiling flicker for a few seconds and then shut off.
