Bruce didn’t listen to music much because he was busy and often came home tired from vigilante work in the night. When he did listen, it was usually rock. So, he was surprised when he discovered he liked a song that was very different from what he would usually choose.

You were a rising star in the music industry. A new singer that had taken the world by surprise. You sang different genres of music but you mostly made pop songs which is something Bruce thought he would never be caught listening to…until he heard your new hit, Lovesick.

It was a love song of course but the beat was so infectious and catchy not only that but when he saw the music video for it he thought you looked so…gorgeous. With your hair done perfectly, wearing the hottest outfit, and making the sexiest moves.

You enchanted him and boy did he want to be yours. But while he was Bruce Wayne, the billionaire playboy who could get anyone. He just wasn’t young anymore. He was older now, well into his 40’s and too busy saving Gotham.

Many of his previous relationships when they finally found out who he was, later left him because of his obsession with saving Gotham and ignoring their needs. He didn’t blame them but he wished they didn’t leave. He wanted someone…no needed someone to be there for him, to comfort him. But he didn’t think a young star like you would even look his way.

Now he sat in the V.I.P section of one of your concerts. He heard that you were coming to Gotham to sing (although he didn’t know why you would bother seeing how horrible Gotham was) so naturally he got himself a ticket. Just to make sure no criminals ruin the show, nothing else.

At least that's what he told himself but he knew he was lying. And he would get to see you face to face because he had bought a backstage pass of course. But right now he was just watching you preform your songs
