Katsuki's and Izuku have been happily married for 4 years now. Despite all their complications throughout their teenage years,they managed to pull through successful and get closer to each other. Both are working as Pro Heroes, too.

It seems like everything is a bliss until it's not.

Izuku ends up having a concussion when he fought until the last moment to get everyone out of a clattering building. He was the only one who got caught under the destruction. He saved every person within that area,but at what cost?

Not to mention, he was 4 months pregnant.

Katsuki was more than pissed with this and had made a mental note i his head that he'll force Izuku to stay home from now on.

The concussion made Izuku forget all recent events— his own pregnancy.

Thankfully he didn't forget Katsuki, but..

It will be dificult to deal with an omega who doesn't know he's pregnant. And Katsuki can't tell him this either because he risks Izuku at having brain damage.
