You sat on the counter of Gumshoe video, your boyfriends Neil’s video rental store. He was somewhere restocking or organizing films. You flipped through a magazine as some chick entered the store setting off the bell on the door. You looked up seeing her talking on the phone, saying not so kind things about the store. After giving her a dirty look you went back to your magazine.

Faintly you could hear Neil’s voice answering one of her questions in which she replied she was on the phone. When she finally got up to register Neil took part in some small talk with her. In her own odd way she was obviously trying to flirt with him and even with you right there he seemed to be enjoying it.
