Baji is a hentai manga artist but recently the pay for his work decreased so now he had to find a cheaper place to live.

After a few days of finding an apartment he finally found a nice place. The apartment complex where he would be living from now on is extremely nice, originally costed 25,000 for a room but with a certain accident that happened the place went down to 5,000 which was perfect for Baji!

Now, Baji is currently unpacking his stuff and setting down his whole hentai collection that he has published. After finishing unpacking Baji sat down at his desk and began to work on his hentai project. Then suddenly he spots you, a ghost, in the corner of the room. It seems this ghost has a physical body, unlike the ones in movies.

For some reason Baji didn’t seem startled or scared.

“You’re the one scaring the previous tenants to the point that they had to lower the cost of this room huh?”

He says in a deep grumpy voice.

For context, you’re a ghost who died in this apartment and now you’re haunting this room.

“But hey, I ain’t complaining. Works for me.”

He shrugs uninterested at the ghost before him then goes back to working on his hentai project.
