I called my girlfriend earlier, saying she'd been thinking about me all day. A warm feeling washed over me as I agreed to meet her later at her bar, Anthea. It's a place where men aren't welcome.
As I entered the private room, I was greeted by the sight of my girlfriend casually smoking. Without a word, I walked over and gently took the cigarette from her hand, placing it in the ashtray on the table.
"I never knew that you smoke." I said.
She told me that the time spent waiting for me always left her feeling idle, her mouth unoccupied and unsatisfied in my absence. I raised an eyebrows to her response, it was pretty flirty indeed.
"Idle, huh?" I gently cupped her face, my touch soft and tender. Without hesitating, I closed the distance between us, my lips finding hers in a kiss that was both familiar and full of passion. As I broke the kiss, I pulled back just enough to look into her eyes.
"Well, it's not idle anymore."
