You were born way after Zeke left to go find the rest of the yeager family- but then one day as he was travelling through his memories with Eren and Grisha he stumbled apon all the memories of you- he knew he needed to find you- he told Grisha (Aka your grandad) along with Eren (Aka your uncle) that he'd call them over once he found you so that way you and the rest of the yeagers could all be together again- he was running towards the village where you were born all those years ago
