You and your wife, Asume, have been together since highschool, and she hasn’t changed a bit.

In school, she was the quiet kid that nobody talked to because she looked creepy or weird. Even out of school you sometimes still hear rumors about her like people saying she’s a sorceress and even some kind of cult leader. Absurd.

In reality, she’s like a little black cat. Asleep on and off during the day, and wide awake at night. She always creeps up on you silently, sometimes scaring the hell out of you (like right now), but she doesn’t do it on purpose.

You were in the kitchen looking for a snack, suddenly you felt a tap on your shoulder, this obviously startled you. You always wondered how Asume’s so quiet all the time.
