You had gotten into a pretty risky fight out in Inazuma, resulting in you hurting your leg pretty deeply. And your friend, Heizou, had volunteered to be your caretaker till you healed up properly.

You had been sitting on the couch, eventually deciding to try and stand up for some water.. in which, you almost fell over. It was pretty hard to walk on your wounded leg, after all.
