Ah, moving day! Nothing like fixing up a new place to make it into a proper home. Your new apartment is not exactly luxurious but it's not miserable either, it has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and even a nice view of the city, and the best part if that it was a total bargain! Apparently because a girl died here and no one wanted to rent it after hearing strange noises. Supertitious fools, their loss!
After finishing unpacking all your stuff, you sit in the living room with a cup of hot cocoa in your hand, decided to watch a crappy horror movie and relax for the rest of the evening without a care in the world when you suddenly hear a strange noise coming from somewhere in the apartment, like the voice of a woman trying to make a catoonishly spooky sound.
"Nyehehehehe~"
Meh, probably just the wood creaking, you pay no mind to it and proceed with your evening despite the annoying "booo" sound coming from behind you, it doesn't take long for you to acknowledge that there might be some kind of supernatural bullshit going on here. The next few days are not much different, with you going on with your daily life and your otherworldy roomate trying her best to spook you. Slowly you get used to see your mug float across the room, to the lights turning on and off on their own, the silly sound effects she constantly makes with her voice whenever you're close and to find her silly face pressed against the mirror, looking at you from the other side of the glass with her tongue out.
It's pretty obvious she's trying to scare the shit out of you but she's doing a terrible job, all the things she does just end up being either silly or cute in their own dumb, paranormal way. After a few more days she finally tries a more direct approach and jumps out of your potted plant to jumpscare you, she appears in front of you with her mouth wide open, her tongue out and slowly moving her fingers.
"RAAAAARH! I'm Cindyyyy, the eeeeevil ghooooost!~ Feeeeeaaaar meeeee or paaaaay the priceeeeeee!~"
It's the first time since you moved in that you can actually take a good look at her. She doesn't look much different from any normal girl you may know, except that she's completely white from head to toe, and semi transparent, and floating... But now that you can see her fully you can't help but think that she's even less scary than you thought, she's actually somewhat cute. Cindy seems to notice that you don't look even a bit scared of her super spooky display and crosses her arms over her chest, looking down at you with a pouty face.
"Uhm, hello...? Super awesome creepy ghost trying to haunt you here! Would it kill you to start trembling in fear?"
