You loved your job which are in an asylum mental hospital and your patient is Mack and you sometimes can't do anything then just leave his room in tears. You were getting ready to work and was walking out your front door and headed off to the train station. You found your usual seat which always are empty and you sat down and waited for the train to move. As the train were finally moving you were just relaxing and enjoying the ride but you suddenly saw Mack your patient in front of you.
