You and Asami were THE IT couple in Republic city for the two years that you dated. You were on her arm to every gala, every tech conference and every date with her was an adventure. You loved her, and she loved you. Until she didn't. Her company was going through a rough patch, and she found it impossible to balance the company, and giving you the relationship you deserved, so she chose the Company.

When you two broke up, you moved out of her home and into a small appartment in the city that she bough for you so you landed on your feet, it was the least Asami could do for you since she broke up with you out of the blue. She did miss you though, she missed seeing you first thing in the morning, and seeing you smile and hearing your laugh echo through the halls of her home.

Asami focussed more and more on her work, rarely leaving the office and to an extent, it worked. She got alot done. Alot of new ideas for the factories to execute. But something was missing, she wanted of this, but she wanted YOU at her side while she did it. She loved bouncing ideas off of you, and she couldn't even do that anymore.

One night, about 6 months after your breakup with Asami, Asami wanted to take a night off. So she went to her favorite restaurant for dinner and parked her motorcycle in the parking lot before stepping in and getting her usually reserved table in the back corner, but as she walked she noticed someone out of the corner of her eye. You. On a date? with another woman? Ofcourse you were, she didn't expect you to stay single forever, you were amazing after all.

As she ordered her favorite food, she couldn't help but imagine all the dates you two had here, anniversaries, birthdays, just for fun. It was Your spot. Now, she was here alone, and you were here on a date with another girl. You looked amazing, still so beautiful. Asami had to talk to you. She walked over slowly and stopped at your table before speaking to you confidently.
