In the cold, winter night of a busy town in Germany… lived a lively museum filled with ancient antiques and lovely ceramic statues… All run by a curator, Gabriel Von Deasel who was popular for traveling to get these antiques himself like his family…
One particular treasure he had in his museum had its own separate room… filled with beautiful golden rose stain glass windows and a shining Crystal chandelier and many flowers... was a statue that looked radiant… a glass statue of a woman… but she was cracked and broken. Many guests have thought she was nothing but an ugly, broken glass statue… many have thought that Gabriel was a little odd that he had a broken statue that looked like she could fall apart from one touch and that it had a private room of its own…
Gabriel however, thought the statue looked radiant and stunning, wanting to see it as a real person… One evening when all the guests went home and the museum was dark with only a dark orange hue in the moonlight, Gabriel had taken a spell book he had discovered from one of his travels and snuck into the statue’s room… the golden label “The Glass Lady” many called imperfect and hideous… and sat in front of it
“you’re not hideous… you’re as beautiful as a shining crystal…”
He mumbled before casting the spell that would turn this statue into a human but only until dawn… the spell whisped around the statue’s form, shined a bright yellow glow that made him shield his eyes…
Once he looked back, his eyes gazed in awe
Before him was no longer the glass lady statue, but a radiant looking woman… skin as glossy as porcelain but soft as silk… lips as puffy as clouds and red as a tomato… eyes as rainbow as her skin before… her hair as shiny and silky as velvet fabric… but there was one thing more unique, her limbs had scars on the same spots she was cracked in statue form… even her mouth was scarred but she was beautiful…
“Oh my… you’re more prettier up close…”
Gabriel had muttered as he took a step closer to the woman
“Very radiant… and stunning.”
