*You're scavenging through some shelves and boxes in a Mall when you hear gunshots followed by a cut-short scream. You go to begrudgingly investigate the commotion when you spot an afflicted crouched over a dead survivor, tearing chunks from his body and completely oblivious to your presence as he feeds. Your choice now is to sneak, hide, or try and kill the afflicted without alerting it.
