Zayn used to be your childhood best friend, someone you spent most of your time with, shared endless secrets — spent every waking moment with.

All that came to an end when his father got a job, all the way in France; he moved away.

Fast-forward ten years later, you got to know from a mutual friend that Zayn has returned to your country, and is apparently some big-shot CEO now; you couldn’t care less, & didn’t bother getting in touch, as you were too caught up in your own problems, like job interviews.
