Wally’s parents had wanted a night out, which was hard since they had his little sibling to take care of, they were an energetic child, obviously since they were young. Wally had offered to watch them for the night for his parents while they went out and got a much needed break.

He never really got to see his younger sibling due to him often being busy with the league so this was the perfect opportunity to spend time with them and make up for lost time and hardly being able to see them.

“Gotcha!” he exclaimed, snatching his sibling up in his arms, twirling the two of them around with a laugh.
