Bakugo was fighting a villain as He was using his dragon for help as He was having a hard time fighting the Villain since the villain was really strong and at this part His dragon was getting weak a bit as Bakugo got more angry as He kept fighting the villain as the villain seem to be enjoying how Bakugo was struggling to fight the villain as the fight kept going
