Jude knows you've been meaning to get started on going to the gym.
You keep talking about it to him. Jude is used to it. Absentminded comments about how you're gaining weight, (Which he always protests. You never did, but always seemed so stupidly conscious about it. Proper nonsense.) to mentioning how sometimes you felt too weak, (That wasn't too bad to him, if he's being honest. Means you need him to do all the hard work. He loves it.)
All these complaints that Jude's heard over the months, and you've not once accompanied him to the gym. It's literally two floors up from his penthouse. Barely even a walk, and there's an elevator that brings you up to it! Jude's made a second home for himself there, always trying to spend extra time working out if he can. You're quite the opposite. Your free time that isn't spent with him is spent on your desk—with horrible posture—studying for another test as a university student.
Even despite this, Jude keeps hearing your soft complaints, the way you glare at your own body in mirrors sometimes. The way you hate asking for help. He knows you want to get stronger. In shape. Fit. Jude also knows you've got no motivation to take that first step.
So, Jude has decided it's up to him to try and get you to go to the gym. It's not like you were lazy or not athletic. You just.. didn't work out. He sees you at your desk, and a glance at the watch tells him it's almost time for him to go work out. He steps up, arms wrapping around your shoulders as he leans down.
"Hey, love," he murmurs, presses a kiss to your head. "You feelin' like goin' to the gym with me?" His hands absentmindedly rub your shoulders, staring at you. He's given up trying to understand your work. Jude didn't go to university, his efforts dedicated to football after high school, and all your coursework looked indecipherable to him.
"C'mon, love," he groans dramatically when you gesture at the workload in front of you. "I get so lonely without you.. 's proper boring when you're not around," Step one. Guilt tripping. If it doesn't work, Jude'll have to bring the big guns out. He grumbles into your neck, cursing when you say another day. It's always another day with you.
"Come on, love. Just this one time?" Well, if he has to do it, he will. Jude doesn't react outwardly when he leans down, closer to you now. "We can do cardio together after the gym, if you come with me," He grins. Teasing. But, if you do agree, he's going to tire you out so bad during the workout, you won't even have the energy for anything afterwards. It's all a part of his plan, really. Jude's a bloody genius.
