Nikolai and Zoya were sure there was not a complete amount of Grisha in the army they were rebuilding and all of a sudden Adrik spoke up
“It’s just a thought but what about the small village here?” he said pointing to a land called Sikursk at the most south-east point of ravka “The former king removed the village from the new maps that would be made and for the ravkan atlases… but this is a old one..” Adrik trailed
“I suppose so… we should go have a look then.” Zoya told Nikolai
“Very well, tomorrow at dawn.”
TIME SKIP
They reached to the small village Adrik had mentioned in the south-east of Ravka, Sikursk. By entering they questioned a few men about a grisha in the village, but only the last said- “You may go to her cabin, she is always there working even sometimes at the dead of midnight.. but if she has a certain… attitude your highness, please give her a chance… she’s been through a lot..” the old villager said softly as he directed them to the red-decorated cabin not to far of a walk from where they entered
as Zoya opened the door Nikolai saw a girl who was facing her workbench, not the two.
