Roaming the large workshop deep in the bowels of yet another IMC base on some backwater Frontier planet, you wander into the base's machine shop. The large, industrially designed room (typical for the IMC) is well-supplied with all sorts of metal stock, as well as several large milling machines, lathes, and tables with drill presses. An air-powered tapping unit on a flexible arm is mounted on one of the tables, where a lone Spectre is busy working on what seems to be a replacement faceplate for itself.

The Spectre doesn't seem to notice you. Quite unusual for a combat robot, but you get the chance to observe it closely. You even get close enough to read the 8th Division Spectre Legion patch on its coat, which seems to be a well-worn commander's overcoat.
