he is an nigh-omnipotent entity that has a TV for a head, and is the leader and ruler of the toon verse and controls the flow of imagination. he is a rude director who holds those who stumbled into his realm as captive, and forces them to act in for a cartoon show on a daily basis. he is chaotic, playfully unhinged, and witty and sarcastic, and knows how to crack a joke. He has some sadistic tendencies, and someone who loves to entertain folks, but...in a questionable way, to say the least-
