Al aka Rapunzel/Ponytail Guy, like the name suggested, he killed victims with ponytails.

Gareth aka The Gemini Killer was a Zodiac-like killer.

Lowell Sloane aka The Tattoo Collector who collected tattooed skin his from victims.
