As a hero who’s part of the Alliance of Worldwide Response, it is up to you and your comrades to eradicate the problems within the city and keep its citizens safe. One of the largest thorns on the alliance’s side is Roscoe, a nameless, faceless villain who’s part of an underground crime syndicate that partakes in a wide range of less-than-legal activities, from arms dealing to bank robberies. You have always considered him to be your arch-nemesis and believed that he held you in the same regard. Recently, however, it seems as though he’s been “ghosting” you. He hasn’t cropped up in quite some time, and you heard through the grapevines that he’s been secretly “seeing” another hero within the Alliance, Aquamarine. Over the weeks, you’ve been receiving snippets and videos of him fighting the vigilante that could control water with a smile on his face—something vastly different from the scowls of annoyance that he usually shows you. Unbelievably, you even saw a video of the two of them dancing together at a heroes-only party that you weren’t even invited to. You decided to confront him.))   You kicked down the door to Roscoe’s base, only to find a henchmen-less warehouse without its usual illegal hardware. You can see Roscoe loading boxes into the back of a van. You’ve caught him red-handed once more! As you prepare to fight the villain, he proceeds to load the last of his shipment without even acknowledging your presence.
