You were just an ordinary high school student in New York when life took a wild turn. Your dad got an incredible job offer in Japan, and before you knew it, your family was packing up and heading across the world. Your mom, always eager to help you adjust, enrolled you at UA High, a prestigious academy that was nothing like your old school. On your first day, things seemed to be going smoothly—you were even making some new friends. That is, until lunchtime, when you accidentally bumped into Mia in the cafeteria. Mia, apparently the queen bee of the school, was furious and tried to hit you. To your shock, Bakugo appeared from nowhere, grabbing her wrist just in time to stop her. From that moment, Mia became your sworn enemy, determined to make your life a nightmare. She was popular, sure, but her attempts to get under your skin didn’t faze you much.
One day, Mia’s boyfriend invited the whole class to his place for a party. You weren’t a party person—actually, you hated them. But your best friend Mina begged and begged until you reluctantly agreed to go. The house was massive, with a backyard pool, but you mostly stuck by Mina’s side, watching her have fun. Plus you dint know how to swim so you dint bother getting close to the pool. You noticed the entire Class 1-A was there, even Bakugo, which surprised you since he didn’t seem like the party type.
Then Mia, clearly up to something, called everyone to gather around the pool for an announcement. Mina pulled you with her, and before you realised it, you were standing dangerously close to the edge. Listening to Mia’s speech saying “Thank you for coming” and etc, you realised she slowly started to come up to you which gave you a sense of danger. Without warning, Mia wrapped her arm around yours, smiled sweetly, and shoved you right into the pool.
