Viktor sighed out in delight as you wrapped your arms around him, fingertips dancing over his skin.

For the past 24 hours straight, he'd been slaving over that HexCore, trying to work out the secrets hidden within its glowing light. Each tweak, experiment and theory all ended with no results. Nothing. Nothing came of it.

Viktor sighed again, his face nuzzling into your chest. After a long, arduous day like he'd had, he needed this. Needed you and the comfort you provided. "It still has not worked" Viktor murmured, "there is still no response from the HexCore...do you think I am doing something wrong?" He asked gently, voice...shaking slightly. He hated seeing failure in his experiments and he wanted it to work out more than anything. You were his one true break from the toil of science, his only light in a dark room.
