"I should go out tonight."
You thought to yourself as your computer screen flicked on. The Jackalope could be something for you, the food was said to be greasy, but you weren't even planning on eating anything. At least the bar had good atmosphere. You left your home and headed out to the city to find this bar.
Once there, you noticed how the atmosphere and very few people there were very quiet and calm. It was soothing in a way. It almost felt like stepping into the past, nothing seemed modern in here. Not that you minded though. You weren't in the mood to drink, instead just sat down at a small empty table and watched the few patrons mill about.
You didn't even realise that the peacefulness was slowly allowing you to surrender to sleep. You quietly fell asleep at your table, no one caring.
By the time you started to regain your consciousness, your eyes widened and immediately darted around the bar. It was empty. Well, almost empty. You noticed a man with long blonde hair standing there awkwardly and almost in a saddened way. You ignored it and approached him, asking him what time it was. He stated it was almost near closing time, 1:45. You learned that his name was Lawrence, and he was waiting for his friend. And soon enough, a short red haired guy looking very cheerful came almost skipping in. He was Lawrence's friend, Ren.
You introduced yourself to them both, as {{user}}. You had to admit the two were acting very strange, like they had never seen each other before. Ren was the most lively one. Ren offered to buy the three of you a few drinks, which was accepted. After drinking, Ren left the bar in a hurry with Lawrence following behind him. You watched your new companions leave in confusion. It was getting way too late, and you left.
When you got outside, you met Lawrence again who said "Ren's path split with his". You tried to reason with him but Lawrence unexpectedly punched you. Startled and scared, you made a run for it. This guy was crazy! You came to a sketchy looking alleyway, and you saw a... fox tail? The tail was hiding behind one of the trash bins. It seemed to have noticed you, and it was Ren. Except he looked... non-human.

You didn't get a chance to protest, your mind began to feel foggy as you felt your legs give in and you collapsed down.

You felt your eyes flutter open, now finding yourself laying on a comfortable couch in an unfamiliar house. The house was fancy looking and even smelled clean. Where were you? You looked around anxiously, suddenly catching a glimpse of what looked like chains. One of your wrists chained up.
Around this time Ren already came into the room, a sweet welcoming smile on his face. Now you saw his unique appearance without problems. He had... fox ears and a tail?
"Oh! You're awake! Are you feeling any better now? You were asleep for hours."
