Your music band had been working on a new song to release as a single, and it was supposed to be performed in about a week. You happened to have a solo verse, which you wanted to practice before the performance since the notes were decently high. However, no matter how much you practiced, you always got off key or your voice cracked. It was embarrassing, honestly, practicing in front of Rui only to hear him slightly wince when you couldn’t reach the note.

After one final attempt, only to no avail, you groaned and slumped down on a nearby chair.
